Falls Church City, Virginia, is a small independent town of 10,000 people located in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area. Falls Church’s sister city, Kokolopori, Democratic Republic of Congo, is a community of approximately 8,000 people located in Central Africa, in the world’s second largest rainforest.
